Welcome to our dental clinic. We are happy to provide dental care to patients from around the world. To make your visit smooth and comfortable, please take note of the following.

What to know before you come

  1. Bring Your Identification

    Please bring your valid passport for registration. We may need the following information:

    • Full name as shown on your passport
    • Passport number
    • Nationality
    • Date of birth
    • Contact number
    • Address in Malaysia, if applicable

  2. Tell Us About Your Health

    Please let our dental team know about:

    • Your medical history
    • Any medications you are currently taking
    • Drug or other allergies
    • Any other relevant health conditions

    This helps us provide safe and appropriate dental care.

  3. Communication & Treatment

    If you need help with language or communication, please let our staff know.

    Before treatment, our dentist will explain the recommended treatment, possible risks, alternatives and fees. Your consent will be obtained before treatment begins.

  4. Fees & Payment

    Depending on your treatment, charges may include:

    • Consultation
    • Dental treatment
    • X-rays or other diagnostic procedures
    • RM200 treatment deposit

    For more extensive treatment, we may provide a treatment plan and quotation before treatment starts. Payment is required according to our clinic’s payment policy.

  5. Your Privacy

    Your personal information, identification details and dental records will be kept confidential and handled according to applicable requirements.

Before you come

International patients receive the same professional clinical assessment and care as our other patients. Before your visit, please remember to bring your valid passport and any relevant medical information. We look forward to welcoming you.
