本次培训特邀来自新加坡的企业风险管理与治理领域权威专家 Mr. Lee Chong Pheng 主持。在培训过程中，参与者深入学习了结构化企业风险管理（ERM）方法论、现代风险评估技术以及应对新兴风险的前瞻性策略，从而确保业务连续性、组织可持续性以及决策的稳健性。
质量与风险管理委员会成员与核心高层管理人员共同参与了本次培训。参与者就风险领导力、组织应变能力及综合治理进行了深入讨论，这充分体现了 PMC 在培育问责文化、强化安全意识及推动持续改进方面的共同承诺。

Putra Medical Centre (PMC) successfully conducted its Code Red Alert, Code Red Action, and Mass Casualty Training in collaboration with the Alor Semadom Fire and Rescue Station, Alor Setar. The comprehensive simulation brought together multidisciplinary teams to evaluate emergency response procedures, enhance interdepartmental coordination, and strengthen communication during fire and mass casualty incidents, through realistic emergency scenarios and close collaboration with emergency responders.
