The cheerful smiles and enthusiasm of the students of SK Haji Wahab brought a lively atmosphere to the Care & Fun: Healthy, Cheerful, Happy! Programme held on 15 September 2026. The Putra Medical Centre Alor Setar team was delighted to have the opportunity to participate in this meaningful programme.
In a relaxed and engaging environment, our team shared valuable knowledge on healthy eating habits and proper handwashing techniques. Participants also had the opportunity to undergo basic health screenings, including blood pressure and blood glucose checks.
At Putra Medical Centre, we believe that health awareness can be nurtured from an early age through simple knowledge and healthy practices incorporated into everyday life. We hope that this initiative serves as a small yet meaningful step towards developing a generation that is healthier, happier and more mindful of their well-being.
