The charges and conditions that sit outside the package price.
Two weeks.
Full payment is collected when you book. The amount is the rate for your category, plus one month's deposit, plus the medication fee.
Consultation fee.
Physiotherapy.
Personal toiletries.
Medical record fee — RM10 for a new patient, RM3 for a returning patient.
