The Nursing Orientation Programme is a comprehensive and structured training initiative designed to equip both new and experienced nurses with the knowledge, confidence and adaptability needed to thrive within our healthcare environment.

Through a blend of classroom education, hands-on clinical training, mentorship and system familiarisation, participants will gain in-depth understanding of PMC’s core frameworks, including:

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Work Instructions (WI)
  • Hospital Information System (HIS)

This programme aims to enhance clinical competence, promote professional development and foster a strong sense of belonging within PMC’s organisational culture. By doing so, we ensure that every nurse is empowered to deliver care with confidence, compassion and excellence.
