As a private hospital Putra Medical Centre offers a wide selection of hospital wards and suites, designed to suit your requirements and preferences. Our hospital’s facilities are comprehensive and takes into consideration our patient’s basic needs like a Pharmacy with drive-thru services, a combined Cafeteria and Mini Mart, an ATM, as well as those from visiting friends or family members like the Vehicle Parking, Business Centre and Cafeteria.
1. Facilities
Automated Teller Machine, ATM
For your cash withdrawal convenience, we provide you with an ATM machine in our hospital which comes with Malaysian Electronic Payment System (MEPS) facilities which includes cross border transactions, domestic fund enquiry and fund transfer. Strategically located at the main lobby on the Ground floor new wing.
Business Centre
Located among the platinum wards on level 8, our Business Centre also provides basic business meeting support like direct LAN internet facilities, comfortable sofas for prolonged sitting and a direct view of our Rooftop Garden.
Cafeteria
Café 752 is located on the ground floor on the right side of the main entrance. The F&B shop is open from 6:00am – 5:30pm daily with a dine-in option, and doubles as a mini mart/convenience store.
Amenities and Services
Drive-thru offers hassle-free and fast service at your convenience. You can also make an appointment with the pharmacy to collect your prescription from a pharmacist through the window. Dispensary time slots: 8am, 11am and 3pm.
Every day the cafeteria (Cafe 752) also hosts a local Malay vendor to provide delicious homemade halal cuisine mostly on weekdays between noon and 3pm.
Vehicle Parking
No hassles in parking! We offer parking bays for cars and motorcycles for our visitors. The 24-hour security gated sunroof car park is located to the left of the hospital building. For your safety, the shaded car parking facility is also equipped with a 24-hour CCTV monitoring system with a guard working in shifts covering 16 hours, 7 days a week.
The motorcycle parking bay has easy road and pedestrian access.
Rooftop Garden
The landscape garden of PMC offers a tranquil outdoor retreat for patients and their families to enjoy. Located conveniently at Platinum Ward level 8.
Security
The hospital’s security department is located on the ground floor of the new wing across the Cafeteria, on the left side of the building’s main entrance. Our security personnel are responsible for the safety of the patients, visitors and the staff.
VIP Lounge
PMC’s VIP Lounge is offered to VIP card holders and Angio (Angiogram) family members. Our lounge is located at level 1 Old Wing in front of the X-ray department where you can rest, relax or resume your productive work here. Complimentary Wifi is available and beverages are provided upon request.
Surau
To our Muslim patrons and their family members, our prayer rooms are located on the 7th and 8th floor of our new wing.
