PMC Strengthens Patient Safety Standards through RCA Program with MSQH

Putra Medical Centre (PMC), represented by Mdm Kanagambikai, SN Syahidatul Firdaus, and SN Suriani, attended the course “Advancing Patient Safety Through Effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA)” organised by the Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH).

The program aims to enhance the competencies of facilitators and staff in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) comprehensively and systematically. This initiative aligns with PMC’s ongoing efforts to strengthen systems, improve patient safety, and uphold standards of excellence in healthcare delivery.
