Putra Medical Centre (PMC) was honoured to attend the Doctors’ Peer Forum 2026, organised by the Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) Kedah Branch, held on 9 July 2026 at Star City Hotel, Alor Setar. The programme was officiated by YB Major (R) Mansor bin Zakaria, Kedah State Executive Councillor for Health.
The programme served as a meaningful platform bringing together primary care doctors to recognise and celebrate their commitment and dedication to strengthening community healthcare services in Kedah, while providing opportunities for knowledge sharing, exchange of perspectives and the strengthening of professional networks.
Through our participation, PMC had the opportunity to introduce our hospital services and facilities, as well as share updates on the upcoming Putra Medical Centre Kulim. The session also provided an opportunity to strengthen collaboration with primary care doctors in supporting more comprehensive and integrated continuity of patient care.
Our sincere appreciation to the MMA Kedah Branch for organising this meaningful programme. May the strategic relationship between hospitals, primary care doctors and the medical community continue to grow stronger towards enhancing the quality of healthcare in Kedah.
