Insurance & Panels

The insurers and third-party administrators we bill directly, how a Guarantee Letter works, and what you are responsible for.

If your insurer or your employer's administrator is on our panel, we can bill them directly instead of asking you to pay and claim it back. Approval still rests with them, so it is worth checking your cover before you come in.

How a Guarantee Letter works

  1. Before you come in Check with your insurer, agent or HR department that you are covered for the treatment, and ask what your policy limits are.
  2. At registration Bring your insurance card and identification. Where a Guarantee Letter is needed, we help you request it from your insurer or administrator.
  3. On discharge We bill your insurer for the approved amount. Anything above it, or anything they decline, is settled at the counter.

Who we work with

Two separate lists. An insurance company is who your policy is with. A third-party administrator handles claims and hospital authorisations on behalf of insurers or employers — many people are covered through one without realising it.

Panel arrangements change. If you do not see your insurer here, call us before your visit — coverage may still be possible through an administrator, or by reimbursement.

Being on our panel does not guarantee full coverage

Panel status means we can bill your insurer directly. It does not mean everything is paid for. Any shortfall is billed to you, so it is worth knowing where you stand before treatment rather than at the counter.

  • Confirm your eligibility with your insurer
  • Understand your policy limits
  • Obtain a Guarantee Letter where one is required
  • Ask about exclusions that apply to your policy
