Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Training
Putra Medical Centre (PMC) remains dedicated to equipping its staff with essential knowledge and competencies to strengthen organisational excellence. Recently, the hospital conducted a two-day Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Training from 2 to 3 December 2025, centred on the theme “Elevating Organisational Resilience in the Modern Landscape.” This initiative underscores PMC’s continuous commitment to enhancing its risk governance framework and building greater resilience amid the increasingly complex healthcare landscape.
The programme was facilitated by Mr. Lee Chong Pheng from Singapore, a distinguished expert in corporate risk management and governance. Over the course of the training, participants gained deeper insights into structured ERM methodologies, modern risk assessment techniques and proactive strategies to navigate emerging risks ensuring operational continuity, organisational sustainability and robust decision-making.
Members of the Quality and Risk Management Committee, together with key senior management, took part in the session. Their engagement in discussions on risk leadership, organisational readiness and integrated governance reflects PMC’s shared commitment to cultivating a culture of accountability, safety and continuous improvement.
This initiative represents a significant milestone in PMC’s ongoing journey towards becoming a more agile, vigilant and future-ready organisation one that consistently prioritises patient safety, operational excellence and long-term resilience.
