Putra Medical Centre (PMC) Alor Setar extended its care beyond hospital walls at the Chinese New Year-inspired Kirin Cup Football Tournament on 11–12 January 2025. A dedicated mobile medical team provided on-site support, treating 12 minor injuries and responding swiftly to a serious case requiring stitches.

The event featured traditional lion dance performances, cultural workshops, festive decorations, and symbolic activities like mandarin orange distribution.
